Data we collect

Only the information you choose to send us through the inquiry form, by email, Instagram or WhatsApp: your name, email address, phone number, event type, date, location, number of guests, budget, the description of your project and how you heard about us.

Purpose & legal basis

We use this data solely to answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal or quote, and organise your event. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to the L’âme team. It is also processed by our technical providers, strictly to operate the service: the website host and the form-delivery service [name of the form service, e.g. Formspree].

Retention period

Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange. Client data is kept for the duration of our collaboration; invoices and accounting documents are kept for 10 years, as required by law.

Cookies & third-party services

This website does not use advertising or audience-measurement cookies. To display the site’s typefaces, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC), which receives your IP address; Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to hello@lame-paris.com; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
